Physical Therapist

Role Overview: The Home Health Physical Therapist provides comprehensive physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within an interdisciplinary environment. They are accountable for program development, quality improvement, problem solving, and productivity enhancement, demonstrating professionalism and ethical standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Must have a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (required after 2015).
• Licensed Physical Therapist with required licensure and certifications.

Basic Life

Support (BLS) certification required. Valid Texas Driver’s License and reliable transportation required. Experience: specific number of years and type of experience are preferred but not mandatory.

Key Duties & Requirements

• Provide evaluation, treatment, and therapeutic interventions.
• Contribute to program development, quality assurance, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Maintain required certifications and licensures, including auto liability insurance.
• Must obtain necessary licenses and certifications within ninety days of hire.
