Role Overview:
Seeking a
full-time Occupational Therapist
with hand therapy experience to join a multidisciplinary outpatient team. This role involves
evaluating and treating patients
with various physical impairments affecting work or leisure activities, with a focus on 1:1 patient care. The therapist will
develop treatment plans
, educate patients and collaborate with healthcare providers, delegating tasks appropriately. Responsibilities include

Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Board certification and licensure in area of expertise
- Preferred: Master’s Degree
Key Duties:
- Establish and implement individualized treatment plans
- Educate and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team
- Delegate tasks to assistants, techs, and students based on competency
- Conduct assessments and deliver services aligned with department policies
- Participate in staff development, process improvement, and research activities
