We’re looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join a mid-sized organization in Central San Diego. This position will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, with a strong emphasis on onboarding, offboarding, employee support, and HR administration.

Responsibilities:

• Manage high-volume onboarding and offboarding processes from start to finish
• Coordinate new hire documentation, employee records, system updates, and onboarding activities
• Process terminations and ensure offboarding documentation and HRIS information are completed accurately
• Provide day-to-day HR support and respond to employee questions
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Support benefits, leave administration, employee relations, and other general HR functions
• Complete HRIS updates and maintain accurate employee data
• Partner with managers and employees to support HR needs across the organization
• Assist with HR projects, reporting, and process improvements as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous HR Generalist or similar hands-on HR experience
• Strong experience with onboarding and offboarding
• Experience supporting multiple areas of HR in a mid-sized or fast-paced organization
• Proficiency with an HRIS; UKG experience is a plus, but other HRIS experience is welcome
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and employee service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
