IG Consulting is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex technical initiatives from strategy through delivery. This role requires someone who can bring structure to ambiguity, manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, and partner closely with technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

You will oversee project planning, timelines, budgets, risks, resources, and stakeholder communication while coordinating across sales, solutions, architecture, engineering, operations, and delivery teams. The ideal candidate can translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans, facilitate executive-level discussions, manage dependencies, and drive projects to completion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program/project management experience, including 5+ years leading large technical programs
• Experience with Epic, Cerner, HL7, or any other healthcare IT projects
• Experience leading cross-functional teams of 15+ members
• Proven client-facing experience managing delivery, stakeholder relationships, and account growth
• Strong financial, budget, and contract management experience
• Experience with Agile and traditional project management methodologies
• Ability to coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, and continuous improvement practices
• Experience working with both onshore and offshore teams
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Asana, or similar PM tools
