Greenfield, IN Hybrid –3-4 days a week

Job Overview:

Insight Global is seeking an ITPM to support enterprise project execution, with a focus on ERP implementation initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This individual will play a key role in driving PMO governance, reporting, and standardization while partnering closely with project managers and cross-functional stakeholders.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 3–7 years of experience in IT project management, PMO support, or project coordination roles
• Hands-on experience with PM tools (SAP PPM, Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project)
• Experience supporting or overseeing ERP system implementations
• Background working in a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, IT, Engineering, or related field

Nice-to-Have:

• PMP Certification
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Prior contract experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Support PMO governance, processes, and project delivery standards
• Track project progress, milestones, risks, and overall performance
• Partner with project managers to ensure timelines, deliverables, and reporting are aligned
• Maintain project documentation and reporting dashboards
• Assist in ERP implementation efforts within a manufacturing setting
• Drive consistency across PMO methodologies and best practices
• Provide updates and insights to stakeholders and leadership teams

Compensation

:

$43/hr to $50/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
