Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents during night shifts in a skilled nursing/post-acute setting
• Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions; implement care plans and physician orders
• Administer medications and treatments per policy and orders; monitor for adverse effects
• Recognize changes in condition and escalate to the supervising clinician promptly
• Document nursing actions and resident status in the Point Click Care (PCC) charting system
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety, infection prevention, and quality of care

Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing (U.S.) required
• BLS Certification required
• BSN not required for this assignment
• Experience in post-acute or skilled nursing care preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and a schedule that includes every other weekend and holiday
• Familiarity with Point Click Care (PCC) or willingness to learn
