Registered Nurse (RN) – Urgent Care

Location: Fayetteville, GA

Shift: Night Shift

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a fast-paced urgent care team in Fayetteville, GA. This is a great opportunity for an RN who enjoys working in a dynamic clinical environment and is comfortable caring for patients with a variety of acute medical needs. Candidates with prior Emergency Department (ED) experience are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, evaluate symptoms, and prioritize care based on clinical needs.
• Provide nursing care for patients presenting with acute illnesses, injuries, and other urgent medical concerns.
• Perform nursing procedures, administer medications, and assist with treatments as ordered.
• Monitor patient conditions and recognize changes requiring additional evaluation or escalation of care.
• Collaborate with providers and other clinical team members to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow established clinical protocols.
• Support patient education, discharge instructions, and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia or eligibility to practice in Georgia.
• Previous nursing experience in an emergency department, urgent care, or another acute care setting preferred.
• ER experience is strongly preferred due to the fast-paced nature of the role.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Comfortable working night shifts in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Pay: $33.00 - $57.00 per hour
