Multi-Site ASC Administrator (RN)

The Multi-Site ASC Administrator provides clinical and operational oversight across 4–5 assigned ambulatory surgery centers. This role works closely with Nurse Managers, physicians, and senior leadership to support consistent operations, regulatory compliance, quality of care, effective staffing, and overall facility performance.

The position also focuses on understanding the financial impact of operational decisions and identifying opportunities to expand surgical services and support continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of 4–5 ambulatory surgery centers.
• Reporst to Senior Director of ASCs and has multiple nurse managers underneath.
• Provide leadership and support to the Nurse Managers at each facility.
• Understand and monitor cost per case, staffing metrics, and the financial impact of day-to-day operational decisions.
• Support accreditation requirements, including AAAHC or other accrediting bodies.
• Identify opportunities to grow surgical volume, add procedures, and improve ASC performance.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in ambulatory surgery center operations.
• Understanding of ASC financials, including cost per case and staffing metrics.
• Experience with AAAHC or another accrediting body.
• Passion for growth, expanding surgical services, and making a meaningful impact across multiple facilities.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
