If you’re an experienced HR professional who wants your work to support a real mission, this is a strong opportunity. They’re adding an HR Generalist to support their Hudson Valley sites.

- Oversee pre-employment paperwork, background checks, and eligibility verification
- Plan and lead new hire orientation and onboarding

- Keep policies and practices compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Serve as a go-to resource for employee and manager questions
- Travel to other regional sites as needed
