About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior UX Designer

to join a collaborative digital experience team responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and user-centered customer experiences. This role is ideal for an experienced UX practitioner who combines strong experience strategy, information architecture, and user research skills with expertise in Figma and digital experience design.

You'll work closely with creative directors, art directors, content strategists, account teams, developers, and stakeholders to shape customer-facing experiences across websites, digital platforms, and omnichannel journeys.

The ideal candidate has experience working within or alongside agency teams and is comfortable leading client discussions, facilitating workshops, and translating business goals into meaningful user experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead UX strategy and execution for customer-facing websites, digital experiences, and omnichannel initiatives.
  • Create site maps, information architecture, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, and collaborative working sessions to define business goals, user needs, and experience opportunities.
  • Conduct UX audits, heuristic evaluations, usability testing, and experience assessments to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner closely with creative directors, art directors, content strategists, account teams, and developers to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
  • Present UX recommendations, findings, and design rationale to clients, stakeholders, and leadership teams.
  • Translate research insights, business objectives, and customer needs into actionable experience strategies and design solutions.
  • Create low- and mid-fidelity prototypes to validate concepts and communicate interaction patterns.
  • Contribute to and work within existing design systems while maintaining consistency across digital experiences.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful implementation of UX solutions.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, design reviews, presentations, and cross-functional collaboration sessions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UX Design, Experience Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, journey mapping, and experience design workflows.
  • Strong expertise in information architecture, site maps, user flows, customer journey mapping, and service design.
  • Experience leading UX strategy for websites, digital platforms, and customer-facing experiences.
  • Experience conducting UX audits, usability testing, user research, and heuristic evaluations.
  • Experience facilitating client workshops, stakeholder presentations, and collaborative discovery sessions.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience design methodologies.
  • Experience working closely with creative teams, content strategy teams, account teams, and development partners.
  • Familiarity with design systems and maintaining consistency across digital products and experiences.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (ADA/WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
  • Experience working within agile environments and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and convey UX recommendations clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within a creative agency, digital agency, consulting environment, or experience-design practice.
  • Experience leading website redesigns, digital transformation initiatives, and omnichannel customer experience programs.
  • Experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
  • Experience supporting client-facing consulting engagements and executive stakeholder presentations.
  • Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams.
  • Familiarity with design systems and scalable digital experience frameworks.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
