Make complex operational work feel clear. You will design the experiences used by owners, office teams, dispatchers, and technicians who need to make good decisions quickly.

What you’ll own

  • Design workflows for calls, scheduling, dispatch, customer history, forms, inventory, and payment
  • Turn field-service complexity into interfaces that are calm, fast, and easy to learn
  • Talk with customers and technicians to understand where their day breaks down
  • Work closely with engineering to carry ideas from rough concept to shipped product
  • Build and maintain the product patterns that make nbound feel like one system

What will help you succeed

  • A strong portfolio of thoughtful product work, especially complex SaaS or operational tools
  • Comfort moving between research, interaction design, visual systems, and shipped details
  • Clear communication and a habit of testing ideas with real users
  • Interest in making software for people who do practical work all day
