JUNIOR .NET DEVELOPER (C#) Location: Orlando, FL | Fully Onsite Schedule: Monday–Friday Base Salary: $55,000–$75,000 | Negotiable Based on Experience Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: Entry-Level to Early-Career Benefits: Full Benefits + 401(k) Match Position Overview Our client is seeking a Junior .NET Developer (C#) to help develop, maintain, and enhance internal CRM and billing applications that support day-to-day business operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level or early-career developer looking to gain hands-on experience with C#, .NET, SQL Server, backend development, and enterprise applications. You'll work alongside experienced software engineers in a collaborative environment, contributing to real-world projects while continuing to develop your technical skills.

Candidates with relevant coursework, internships, academic projects, or personal software development experience are encouraged to apply. Previous professional software development experience is not required.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance internal CRM and billing applications using C# and .NET.
  • Support backend services, application functionality, and database integrations.
  • Write, test, debug, and maintain clean, efficient, and reusable code.
  • Work with SQL Server to retrieve, update, and manage application data.
  • Assist with developing and maintaining RESTful APIs and internal system integrations.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and collaborate with senior developers to implement solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, software testing, and debugging activities.
  • Apply software development best practices, including object-oriented programming (OOP) and MVC architecture.
  • Use Git or other source control tools to manage and track code changes.
  • Collaborate with developers and internal business teams to understand requirements and improve application functionality.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Foundational knowledge of C# and .NET development through coursework, internships, personal projects, or professional experience.
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and basic software development concepts.
  • Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
  • Basic understanding of backend application development and database connectivity.
  • Exposure to debugging, troubleshooting, and testing software applications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and a strong willingness to learn new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship experience or up to 2 years of professional software development experience.
  • Exposure to ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, or ASP.NET Web API.
  • Familiarity with SQL Server, including basic queries, stored procedures, and CRUD operations.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP methods, and JSON.
  • Exposure to ADO.NET or other database connectivity technologies.
  • Familiarity with MVC architecture, dependency injection, and Git.
  • Experience developing applications that interact with databases.
  • Exposure to enterprise applications, CRM systems, billing platforms, or internal business software.
