About The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a growing outpatient rehabilitation team focused on delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and examinations for new patients
- Assess functional limitations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician referrals, clinical best practices, and regulatory requirements
- Treat orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, balance, and fall-risk patient populations
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and long-term wellness strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including evaluations, daily treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Medicare guidelines, and applicable state regulations
- Support efficient patient scheduling and clinic workflow
- Participate in community outreach, educational presentations, and professional development activities
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to deliver an outstanding patient experience
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
- Current Texas Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently in an outpatient environment
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality patient care
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in an outpatient orthopedic or neurological setting
- Experience treating vestibular and balance disorders
- Experience working with fall-risk populations
- Knowledge of evidence-based rehabilitation techniques and treatment approaches
