Description

American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist with 2+ years of home health experience and HCHB/Oasis charting proficiency.

Details

• Home health setting covering geriatric patients with cases including start of care and follow-up visits
• Caseload of 6-7 patients per day, potentially 3 visits worth of points
• Minimum productivity requirement of 30 points per week
• Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No weekend requirement unless needed to meet weekly productivity targets
• No on-call requirements
• Territory spans White, Cumberland, and Van Buren Counties with a 50-75 mile coverage radius
• Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate
• Uses HCHB and Oasis for charting

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of home health experience required
• Active state PT license required (license in hand, no pending licenses accepted)
• License required if applicable
• Current BLS certification required
• HCHB and Oasis charting experience required

Additional Information

• Dress code is scrubs or business casual; PTs wear a polo with scrub pants
• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
• Local candidates are accepted
