Description

American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist with 1+ years of experience to treat general orthopedic and sports medicine patients across the lifespan.

Details

• Outpatient physical therapy clinic on the east side of Iowa City
• Current staff includes 2 PTs and 1 PTA, with support from Rehab Aides and a front desk PEC
• Caseload of 50 patients per week with dovetailed treatment sessions
• 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute treatment blocks within 60-minute sessions
• Patient population includes adult, elementary-high school aged, and geriatric patients with orthopedic and sports medicine conditions
• General orthopedic and post-operative cases treated
• Clinic hours run 7:00 am-7:00 pm Monday-Thursday and 7:00 am-4:30 pm Friday
• Schedule options include 5x8s or 4x10s with variable shifts throughout the week
• No floating requirements
• No on-call responsibilities
• Uses NextGen for documentation, supported by an AI documentation scribe

Requirements

• Outpatient physical therapy experience required
• 1+ years of experience preferred; new graduates will be considered
• License required if applicable
