Description

American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist with 2+ years experience for a role in Glenwood Springs, CO, requiring current CO PT licensure or compact.

Details

• Outpatient setting at a premier healthcare campus
• Evaluate patients and develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a variety of diagnoses
• Focus on improving patients' strength, ROM, balance, safety, and function
• Schedule consists of 4x10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, may include a regular Saturday

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required
• Current CO PT licensure (DORA) or compact license required if applicable
• Minimum 2 years of PT experience required; 3-5 years preferred
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association required
• Current flu vaccination required Oct 1 - April 1 with no exemptions accepted

Additional Information

• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
• Candidates must reside at least 75 miles from the facility; no local candidates accepted
• Guaranteed hours do not apply on holidays for clinic workers
• Housing opportunities may be available near the hospital for travelers during their assignment
