Human Resources Specialist

• Effectively apply all Kronospan standards, including the business philosophy
• Support in all aspects of personnel administration, reporting, training, etc.
• Processing a wide variety of inquiries from our managers and employees
• Applicant management, including active sourcing and support of social media channels
• Follow up on the job ads and provide feedback to candidates on time
• Manage and execute end-to-end monthly payroll processes accurately and on time
• Prepare and control payroll inputs, including attendance, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and benefits.
• Handle SSI notifications, onboarding/offboarding documentation, and statutory reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local labor law and social security regulations
• Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR records
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and personnel processes
• Support audits and provide payroll/HR reports as required
• Contribute to the improvement and digitalization of HR and payroll processes
• Collaborate with Finance and other departments to ensure accurate data flow
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (Business Administration, Economics, HR, etc.)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on payroll
• Bachelor's degree from related faculties
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• High-energy and passion
• Fluency in English
• Hands-on experience with payroll systems such as Logo or similar payroll software (experience with systems like SAP is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
• High level of confidentiality and responsibility
