Physical Therapist (Outpatient)

Provide one-on-one, evidence-based physical therapy in an outpatient setting, delivering patient-centered care to orthopedic, sports, and post-surgical patients. Key Duties Evaluate patients and identify impairments affecting function and pain. Develop, implement, and progress individualized treatment plans.

Deliver hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training. Document clinical findings and progress in an electronic medical record (EMR). Collaborate with a supportive clinical team to coordinate care.

Educate patients on self-management strategies to restore function. Qualifications & Skills Licensed Physical Therapist with strong orthopedic and sports rehabilitation skills. Ability to treat post-surgical patients using evidence-based interventions.

Strong communication, patient education, and clinical reasoning skills. Competence with EMR documentation and individualized plan of care.
