Occupational Therapist (School-Based)

Provide occupational therapy services to elementary and middle school students in an on-site school environment. Work collaboratively with teachers and other school staff to support students’ engagement, functional skills, and overall success in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized occupational therapy services to students
• Assess student needs and develop appropriate therapy goals
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve functional performance
• Collaborate with school staff to support participation and learning
• Support student progress through ongoing monitoring and adjustment of services
• Contribute to communication and coordination within the school team

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed occupational therapist eligible to practice in the assigned region
• Experience working with children in educational or similar settings preferred
• Strong assessment, intervention, and goal-setting skills
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with school personnel
• Ability to adapt strategies to meet diverse student needs
