About this role

Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A Department: Finance Reports To: SVP Finance FLSA Status: Exempt Location: Remote (U.S.)

Role Overview Wellbeam Consumer Health is seeking a high‑impact Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to strengthen the connection between Accounting and cross‑functional business partners and to help ensure a timely, accurate month‑end close. The role will also own routine monthly reporting and executive‑ready presentations, while supporting ad hoc analysis that drives decision‑making across the business.

This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑moving, PE‑backed environment and is excited to use modern tools — including AI — to improve processes, insights, and operating rhythm. We're looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on analyst who takes pride in getting the numbers right and is willing to roll up their sleeves to fix, standardize, and automate the manual processes that slow the team down today.

This person will be a true partner in financial modeling, building and running scenarios, and will take the lead in delivering the key insights business partners need to drive the business forward.

Key Responsibilities

Month‑End Close Enablement & Cross‑Functional Communication

  • Serve as a primary finance liaison to coordinate close inputs, timelines, and deliverables across Accounting and business teams.
  • Drive clarity on ownership, deadlines, and data readiness to support accurate close outcomes and fewer downstream revisions.

Monthly Reporting & Executive Presentations

  • Prepare recurring monthly performance reporting (variance analysis, KPI tracking, trends) with clear narratives and takeaways.
  • Build and maintain leadership/board‑ready presentations that translate results into business implications and actions.
  • Own the accuracy of every deliverable: tie out figures to the GL and source data, reconcile variances, and catch errors before reports reach leadership.
  • Work closely with the Data team to build dashboards and KPI tools that give leadership and business partners timely, self-service visibility into performance.

Business Partnership, Financial Modeling & Insights

  • Act as a strategic partner in financial modeling: build, maintain, and run scenario, sensitivity, and forecast models that inform planning and key business decisions.
  • Take the lead in proactively delivering key insights to business partners, surfacing trends, risks, and opportunities rather than only responding to requests.
  • Support cross‑functional partners (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Sales, Product) with ad hoc analysis: ROI, scenario modeling, spend tracking, profitability, and decision support.
  • Convert complex analysis into concise, actionable recommendations for both finance and non‑finance stakeholders.

Process Improvement & AI‑Enabled Automation

  • Roll up your sleeves and take hands-on ownership of today's manual, spreadsheet-heavy processes: learn them, document them, and rebuild them into standardized, repeatable workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, improve data quality, and shorten cycle times through automation.
  • Build checks and controls (tie-outs, reconciliations, review checklists) into recurring processes so accuracy is designed in rather than caught after the fact.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and practical application of AI tools/workflows to enhance analysis, documentation, and repeatable reporting processes.

Qualifications (Required)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical finance role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy; known for catching errors others miss.
  • Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves work style: comfortable doing the detailed work while finding ways to improve it.
  • Advanced Excel skills; strong PowerPoint/slide‑building capability (executive storytelling).
  • Strong financial modeling skills, including building scenario and sensitivity analyses from the ground up.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to partner cross‑functionally and drive timelines.

Preferred

  • Experience in a PE‑backed, high‑growth, or scaling environment.
  • Familiarity with modern finance systems and BI/reporting tools; comfort working with large datasets.
  • Track record of replacing manual processes with standardized or automated ones (e.g., rebuilding templates, eliminating rework, automating recurring reports)

What Makes This Role Exciting

  • High visibility role with meaningful ownership and direct impact on how finance supports decision‑making.
  • Ideal for someone motivated by autonomy, pace, and the opportunity to make visible impact in a scaling business.
  • Opportunity to help modernize reporting and processes using AI‑enabled tools.

Remote Work Expectations

  • Employees working from home are expected to attend meetings virtually, maintain availability, and respond promptly via messaging/email/phone.

Equal Employment Opportunity / At‑Will Employment

Wellbeam Consumer Health provides equal employment opportunities to all qualified individuals in accordance with applicable law and maintains an at‑will employment relationship consistent with company policy.
