We are a small CPA firm dedicated to improving the lives of business owners by providing an accurate, timely picture of where the business is today and helping them bridge the gap to their dreams. We strive to lower taxes and increase profits.

Claude handles the repetitive parts of bookkeeping right alongside QuickBooks Online, so our people spend their time on accuracy, judgment and clients. If you've ever wished the busywork would just go away, come see how we do it.

Your role would be to work with multiple clients weekly or monthly to keep their accounting up to date, so owners always have the best information to make decisions. We use QuickBooks Online and several other software apps. You will ensure the financial information is accurate and logical.

Eventually, you will also have meetings with the clients to review their cash flow projections. If you are willing to learn, we are willing to teach.

There will definitely be work to do outside the described role. We are a small team. Our intention is to turn our clients into raving fans.

We need to work as a team to create an excellent client experience.

Most of our team works remotely. We use Zoom and Slack to communicate, so you will need a fast internet connection and a camera.
