ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2024 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, gaining valuable experience in customer service, insurance, and building lasting relationships. That experience helped prepare me for agency ownership and shaped my commitment to providing excellent service to our customers.
Staying connected to our community is important to me, and I'm proud to be a member of the Olive Branch Chamber of Commerce.
Our agency offers PTO, performance-based bonuses and incentives, a health stipend, and licensing reimbursement. We believe in recognizing hard work and providing opportunities for team members to grow and succeed.
We're building a positive, supportive office environment where attention to detail and excellent customer service are priorities. I'm looking for someone who is self-motivated, dependable, and brings a great attitude to work each day. If you're a proactive self-starter who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and contributing to a growing agency, we'd love to meet you!
