The Consuelo Miller State Farm Agency is seeking an Account Manager to join our growing team in Pompano Beach, FL. We are looking for a candidate that is competitive, personable, accountable, and motivated to succeed. You should be comfortable making outbound calls, following up with prospective customers, identifying sales opportunities, and building a strong book of business.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & Growth: Generate new business, follow up with warm and cold leads, and identify opportunities to expand existing customer accounts.
• Cross-Sell Insurance Products: Proactively introduce relevant auto, home, life, and other insurance products to existing customers.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide a positive customer experience.
• Achieve Performance Goals: Consistently meet or exceed established sales, production, and customer retention objectives.
• Manage Customer Follow-Ups: Maintain consistent communication with prospects and policyholders to maximize sales and service opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in insurance sales, account management, or a sales-driven customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales goals and performance targets.
• Confident and comfortable initiating sales conversations, handling objections, and closing sales.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Insurance licensing preferred or willingness to obtain required licenses.
