Staff Accountant

The position would support our day-to-day accounting and operational processes, including:

• Accounts payable processing
• Accounts receivable, primarily posting and applying customer payments
• Recording and reconciling corporate credit card transactions
• Bank reconciliations
• Payroll journal entries
• Journal entries and schedules related to prepaid expenses and deferred revenue
• Assistance with balance-sheet reconciliations
• Order processing and related administrative support
• Payroll administration assistance
• Other routine accounting support as needed

Reports to VP of Finance and works directly with Production Manager.

Remote work is available in TX.

Required Experience

· Experience as a Bookkeeper can substitute for Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

Compensation

· Salary range $55,000 - $65,000

· 60-90 minute interview with Accounting staff
