Job Details

• Position: Registered Nurse
• Location: Mauston, WI
• Contract: 13 weeks
• Employment: Contract
• Weekly Hours: 36–40 hours
• License: Active Wisconsin RN license
• Certification: Current BLS/CPR

Responsibilities

• Administer medications following the 5 Rights.
• Perform resident assessments and wound care.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition.
• Communicate significant changes to physicians and families.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Support CNAs and coordinate floor activities.
• Report suspected abuse, neglect, or misappropriation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Active Wisconsin RN license required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• 1+ year of related experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Pay: $38.29 - $46.11 per hour

Expected hours: 36.0 – 40.0 per week
