Job Title : RN -Skilled Nursing

Shifts :Schedule is 36 hrs/week 3 Nights @12 hours - required 2 shifts per 6 weeks

Rate : $40- $55/hr on W2

Job Description:

· The RN providing care to the patient population(s) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and coordinating patient care for our small SCU, Skilled Care Unit.

· SHIFT: Schedule is 36 hrs/week 3 Nights @12 hours - Taking call is required 2 shifts per 6 weeks and there is potential that we will need overtime as well.

· Must have RN license to practice in CO, and BLS cert.

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36.0 – 40.0 per week
