Project Accountant

Accountant (Commercial Construction) Support commercial construction projects by managing day-to-day accounting and job cost responsibilities.

Key Duties Track job costs and support accurate job costing for industrial, commercial, and institutional projects Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable Provide payroll support Prepare financial statements, WIP reports, and budget-to-actual analyses Collaborate with project managers and leadership to support project accounting needs Qualifications & Skills Strong understanding of accounting principles with experience in AP/AR and job cost tracking Ability to produce and interpret financial reports (including WIP and budget-to-actual) Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills Comfort working cross-functionally with project teams
