Job Description :

Seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support primarily focusing on MiLEAP. The role involves gathering business requirements, coordinating with technical teams and stakeholders, managing application support requests, and supporting software development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead stakeholder meetings and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Act as a liaison between business users, project managers, and development teams.
• Manage project tasks, timelines, backlogs, sprints, and tickets using Azure DevOps.
• Prepare project status reports and resource projections.
• Ensure compliance with change management processes.
• Maintain project documentation in SharePoint.
• Coordinate with vendors and technical stakeholders.
• Gather complex application requirements for RFPs.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience with complex IT web applications.
• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in software development projects.
• 3+ years of experience coordinating between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• 3+ years of experience leading meetings, training, and presentations.
• 1+ year of Azure DevOps experience.

Preferred Skills:

• SDLC knowledge (2+ years).
• Project Management methodologies.
• Microsoft SharePoint (2+ years).
• Salesforce Platform (6+ months).
• MS Dynamics 365 (6+ months).
