Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer with a strong focus on React JS to join our team as a Delivery Module Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of web development projects, ensuring that they meet client requirements and are delivered on time.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement high-quality web applications that enhance user experience and drive business success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and delivery of web applications using React JS, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement responsive and visually appealing web interfaces.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing effective solutions to enhance application performance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to web development and React JS.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficiency in React JS and its core principles.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Experience with cloud services and deployment strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in web development or project management are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage teams effectively.
