Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale SAP Finance transformation initiatives, implementations, upgrades, and cloud migration programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP project and program management, solution architecture, finance transformation, system integration, and stakeholder management in global enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, migrations, upgrades, and global rollouts.
• Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, resource strategies, and governance frameworks.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Drive project execution using SAP Activate and industry-standard methodologies.
• Coordinate SAP functional, technical, integration, and infrastructure teams.
• Oversee system integration, data migration, and cloud transformation activities.
• Ensure integration across SAP Finance, MM, SD, PP, and BW/Analytics.
• Review technical designs, architecture decisions, and deployment strategies.
• Lead functional testing, SIT, and UAT.
• Monitor milestones, quality, compliance, and business objectives.
• Provide regular project status updates to leadership and drive cross-team decision-making.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of SAP consulting and enterprise program management experience.
• Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations and transformation programs.
• Strong SAP Finance and enterprise solution architecture knowledge.
• Experience with SAP cloud migration, system integration, and data migration.
• Expertise in project planning, risk management, budgeting, and governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with global SAP programs and distributed system environments.
