Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to gather business requirements, analyze processes, and translate business needs into technical solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, documentation, data analysis, and Agile methodologies.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Conduct meetings with stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Work closely with development and QA teams.
• Perform gap analysis and identify process improvements.
• Create workflow diagrams and process documentation.
• Support UAT and validate business requirements.
• Track project progress and manage requirement changes.
