  • Define application structure, class hierarchy, rulesets, access groups, application rules, and security architecture.
  • Design and implement Pega case management, workflows, decision strategies, integrations, and business rules.
  • Establish best practices for Pega development, performance optimization, reusability, and application governance.
  • Lead technical discussions with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and project leadership.
  • Guide and mentor Pega developers, Senior System Architects, and System Architects.
  • Review technical designs, code quality, and implementation deliverables.
  • Oversee integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, external systems, databases, and enterprise applications.
  • Drive performance tuning, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.
  • Manage technical risks, dependencies, deployment strategies, and release management.
  • Ensure adherence to Pega architecture standards and implementation best practices.
  • Take ownership of technical delivery throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation through go-live.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Pega development and architecture.
  • Valid Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification.
