Senior Staff Mechanical Engineer

Lead complex mechanical design and reliability projects for power generation and energy systems. Develop and optimize mechanical components and system designs for utility-scale plants. Perform advanced engineering analyses including FEA , thermal , and stress evaluations to support performance, safety, and durability.

Ensure designs meet applicable industry codes and safety standards . Guide concepts through commissioning , troubleshoot plant equipment issues, and support root-cause investigations . Manage and coordinate vendors and external technical support as needed.

Act as a technical leader by mentoring engineers and collaborating cross-functionally. Drive innovation to improve efficiency , sustainability , and asset performance across operational assets.
