Physical Therapist - Outpatient Rehab - Neuro

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to assess, plan, and implement rehabilitative programs aimed at improving mobility, reducing pain, and preventing deformities caused by disease or injury.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians to develop and evaluate treatment plans, care goals, and discharge strategies.
• Design and adjust personalized treatment activities, providing patient and family education.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge instructions following departmental guidelines.
• Act as a resource for staff, families, and physicians regarding rehabilitation services and equipment.

Qualifications include

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Hold a valid Physical Therapist license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Effective communication, customer service focus, team-oriented mindset, and basic computer skills.
