Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner - Neurosurgery

Role Overview: Seeking a physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join a neurosurgery team, primarily providing outpatient clinics and rotating inpatient/consult coverage. The role includes primary operating room coverage on Fridays and as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of neurosurgeons, manage acute inpatient and chronic outpatient cases, and participate in high-value clinical protocols within a leading neuroscience institute.
• Responsibilities involve outpatient clinics, inpatient consults, and OR coverage.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies or equivalent for NP candidates Current NCCPA certification or eligibility for PA candidates PA licensure in Pennsylvania; NP licensure in PA for nurse practitioners Strong clinical skills, ability to work collaboratively, and familiarity with outpatient and inpatient care settings Key Attributes: Commitment to patient-centered care, excellence, safety, and continuous learning within a multidisciplinary environment.
