Physical Therapist

Role: Physical Therapist, Location: Clarksdale, MS Duration: 14 weeks Pay: $65-$75/hr. ( weekly Gross - $2000 - $3000) Morning shift. M-F

Job Summary

As a Physical Therapist, you’ll assess patients’ movement and function, develop individualized treatment plans, and guide rehabilitation across appropriate care settings. You’ll use your knowledge of anatomy and physiology to support recovery, mobility, and daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient needs and deliver physical therapy for conditions involving orthopedics, neurology, pediatrics, and geriatrics, as appropriate to the setting.
• Develop and update care plans and treatment plans; provide patient care that may include therapeutic exercise and trigger point therapy.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, communicate clearly with patients and caregivers, and support discharge planning.
• Complete accurate physical therapy documentation in line with clinical documentation standards, using electronic health records (EHR) or other electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Support patient rehabilitation in settings such as hospitals, inpatient and acute care, outpatient clinics and rehabilitation centers, home health, and home and community care.

Skills

• Experience practicing in a physical therapy role and knowledge of physiotherapy, medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
• Relevant experience may include acute care, inpatient, hospital, clinic, outpatient, outpatient rehabilitation, home health, or home and community care.
• Ability to develop treatment plans, manage care plans, document care accurately, and communicate effectively with clients and care teams.
• Experience working with geriatric patients; pediatrics, orthopedics, or neurology experience is also relevant.
• Familiarity with EHR management, EMR systems, and physical therapy documentation.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per week
