Role Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with 6–8 years of experience and strong hands-on expertise in **Java, Angular and AWS**. The ideal candidate will bring experience in system design, architecture, automated testing and secure application development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance full-stack applications using Java, Angular and AWS.
• Contribute to system design and architectural decisions.
• Build and maintain automated tests to improve application quality and reliability.
• Apply secure coding practices and information security principles.
• Troubleshoot application issues and resolve production incidents.
• Support integrations with Workday and other upstream and downstream systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders on enhancements.
• Participate in a team responsible for **24x7 support of business-critical applications**.

Required Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on Java backend development skills.
• Strong Angular frontend development experience.
• Practical experience developing and supporting applications on AWS.
• Experience with system design and application architecture.
• Experience with automated testing.
• Understanding of application security and secure coding practices.
• Experience maintaining and enhancing mature enterprise applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and production-support skills.
• Ability to work with complex integrations and multiple system dependencies.
