Position Title: Product Manager.

Work Mode

Hybrid. 2 days/week onsite and 3 days/week remote.

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing $10M+ public-sector modernization projects.
• Proven experience in legacy application modernization and digital transformation.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, requirements gathering, user stories, and product backlog prioritization.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Experience overseeing and testing large-scale data conversions.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise application modernization, Microsoft technologies, Azure cloud, or content management systems.
• Knowledge of process improvement, business process reengineering, WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards, and public-sector compliance.
• Experience with Commonwealth agencies or similar public-sector organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
