As a Physical Therapist with In Home Rehab Group, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients by providing high-quality, personalized physical therapy services in the comfort of their own homes.

Our mission to deliver outpatient physical therapy and occupational therapy in the convenience of our patients' own homes is made possible through the dedication and expertise of our physical therapy professionals like you. As a member of our team, you will work closely with our experienced clinicians to develop and implement customized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patients with a range of physical therapy needs, including musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and cardiovascular disorders
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that promote optimal patient outcomes and independence
• Conduct physical therapy sessions in the patient's home, utilizing a variety of techniques and modalities to promote rehabilitation and recovery
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure a collaborative approach to care
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient progress and treatment plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes
