Technical Program Manager

IDR is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join one of our top clients for a hybrid opportunity in New York City.

This role involves leading large-scale Data & Analytics initiatives within a dynamic, enterprise environment. The position offers a chance to manage complex cross-functional technical teams and ensure successful program delivery from inception to completion.

Position Overview for the Technical Program Manager:

• Lead large-scale data, BI, and analytics programs from concept through delivery
• Manage cross-functional technical teams, timelines, and dependencies
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex project issues
• Drive delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Ensure technical initiatives align with business objectives

Requirements for the Technical Program Manager:

• 5+ years of Technical Project / Program Management experience leading Big Data, BI, or Analytics projects
• Proven experience managing large cross-functional technical teams
• End-to-end program / project delivery expertise
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
