Senior Business Analyst

IDR is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity . In this role, you’ll support complex, data-focused initiatives tied to enterprise reporting and extract processes within a large, highly regulated environment.

You’ll partner with technical and business stakeholders to analyze data issues, document data flows, and help deliver reporting solutions that improve data quality and publishing outcomes.

Position Overview for the Senior Business Analyst

Lead business analysis activities for multiple interrelated reporting and data initiatives Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into clear deliverables Perform data analysis and root-cause analysis to identify and resolve data errors/issues Document data flows and support report development and data publishing activities Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and implementation planning with stakeholders Requirements for the Senior Business Analyst: 8+ years of senior-level business analysis experience, including strong written and verbal communication skills 8+ years of experience gathering requirements and supporting reporting-related deliverables Proven experience facilitating requirements sessions and partnering with stakeholders to design technical solutions Experience supporting UAT, training, and implementation activities (including creating or guiding test/validation efforts) Hands-on experience with Snowflake and Power BI in a data/reporting context What's in it for you?
