Full Stack Developer

IDR is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join one of our top clients for a fully remote opportunity. This role involves developing mission-critical software solutions with a focus on both frontend and backend technologies, primarily within the public safety and security industry.

Position Overview for the Full Stack Developer

Design, develop, and maintain full stack features across frontend (React) and backend (Java) services. Architect scalable solutions and contribute to technical design decisions. Write clean, tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.

Collaborate with QA to ensure test coverage and quality standards. Mentor junior/mid-level engineers and contribute to engineering best practices. Requirements for the Full Stack Developer: 5–7 years of professional software development experience.

Strong proficiency in React (frontend) and Java (backend). Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar). Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions or similar).
