IT Project Manager

IDR is seeking a IT Project Manager to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role supports the successful delivery of complex technology initiatives within the healthcare industry, focusing on cross-functional project management from inception to operational readiness.

Position Overview for the IT Project Manager : Lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact technology projects supporting Physician Solutions (OneView), connecting various teams and external partners. Drive project success through active ownership, accountability, and strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.

Shape delivery roadmaps and align teams to ensure key milestones, scope, and financial commitments are achieved. Facilitate stakeholder communication, resolve roadblocks early, and focus on measurable business outcomes. Apply expertise in SDLC, architecture, and Agile methodologies to evaluate technical trade-offs and ensure quality delivery.

Requirements for the IT Project Manager : Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Minimum of five (5) years in IT with at least three (3) years managing IT projects. Proven experience translating business strategies into actionable project plans.

Working knowledge of the complete SDLC, including discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Demonstrated expertise in managing projects with Agile methodologies and cloud technologies. What's in it for you?
