Job Title: Principal Product Manager Employment Type : Full-Time Location: Torrance, CA, United States About the Role: American Honda Motor Co., Inc. is seeking an Infotainment Principal Product Manager in Torrance, CA. Leading Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV) product planning, you will define the vision and multi-year product roadmap for next-generation in-vehicle digital experiences, AI assistants, and connected services.

Key Responsibilities

• Define North American product vision and business strategy for connected infotainment and digital cockpits.
• Translate customer insights, tech trends, and business goals into executable multi-year vehicle roadmaps.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across software engineering, styling, corporate finance, and global partners.
• Build compelling business cases, subscription revenue models, and technology investment justifications.
• Lead strategic discussions with external technology platforms, content providers, and tech partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline (MBA preferred).
• 8+ years of progressive product planning or product strategy experience in technology or automotive.
• 5+ years specializing in automotive infotainment, connected vehicles, digital services, or SDVs.
• Proven track record developing end-to-end product strategies from concept to commercial launch.
• Outstanding executive presentation, stakeholder influence, and business case modeling abilities.
