Responsibilities

• Provide ICU-level care and continuous monitoring for medical, surgical, and cardiac patients experiencing shock, trauma, or other critical conditions
• Assess patient status, interpret vital signs, and implement care plans; operate and troubleshoot critical equipment (e.g., ventilators, monitors, infusion pumps)
• Administer medications and therapies per physician orders; titrate interventions as patient condition dictates; document accurately
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; respond rapidly to changes in patient status; assist with procedures and emergency interventions
• Maintain accurate documentation, ensure patient safety and infection control, and support patient and family education and discharge planning

Requirements

• Active RN license (state applicability to be determined per assignment)
• ICU or high-acuity care experience preferred
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a high-paced hospital ICU environment
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
