Responsibilities

• Provide direct emergency nursing care to patients from neonatal to geriatric ages, with no obstetric cases
• Perform triage, initial assessment, ongoing monitoring, and rapid stabilization of acutely ill or injured patients
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and therapies; assist with procedures as needed; monitor patient responses
• Collaborate with physicians, ancillary staff, and the care team to ensure safe, evidence-based care and timely handoffs
• Document patient care in the Cerner EMR and maintain accurate charts, orders, and patient status; coordinate transfers when indicated
• Be available to float to Concord and Franklin locations as assignment needs require

Requirements

• Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NRP certifications
• Nursys license verification showing all active RN licenses
• Cerner EMR experience within the last 12 months
• Up-to-date resume including ER experience; 2 recent Charge/Manager RN references; RTO (requested time off) must be included at submission
• Pediatric experience preferred or willingness to learn and be trained for pediatric cases
