- Schedule: Monday – Friday (Enjoy your weekends—no weekend shifts!).
- Location: 10720 FL-54, Suite 102, Trinity, FL 34655 (Conveniently located right on State Road 54).

What We Are Looking For* An active, unencumbered Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of Florida.
- A strong passion for outpatient orthopedics, vestibular rehab, and fall-risk patient populations.
- Excellent communication skills, a team-first mindset, and an eagerness to continuously learn and grow.

- Evaluate: Perform comprehensive new-patient evaluations and physical exams.
- Diagnose: Establish a precise diagnosis of physical conditions and carefully evaluate their impact on a patient's physical activity limitations.
- Plan of Care: Create and establish individualized treatment plans that set clear goals, intervention strategies, and realistic completion timeframes.
- Intervention & Progress: Prescribe targeted PT intervention techniques and therapeutic exercises while measuring and tracking overall effectiveness.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for the safe continuation of care at home.
Skills & Qualifications

- Education & Licensure: Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) program and an active, up-to-date PT license in the State of Florida.
- Experience Preferred: NEW GRADS WELCOME !.
- Clinical Passion: A deep, genuine passion for helping and working with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk patient populations.
- Core Competencies: Self-motivated and able to work efficiently and effectively in an autonomous environment while maintaining a strong willingness to learn and grow.
