Salary: $45 - $68 per hr + $3000 Sign on Bonus, Performance Bonus Potential) + Pathway to Clinic Ownership

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy care
- Treat a diverse caseload including orthopedics, vestibular, balance, and neuro
- Collaborate with leadership to help establish clinic workflows and culture
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation
- Contribute to clinic growth through patient engagement and community outreach
- Work closely 1 Doctor, & one RN & PTA support staff
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Washington PT license (or license-eligible)
- Interest in outpatient orthopedics, vestibular, and balance therapy
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Desire to grow professionally and help build a great clinic
