Senior Financial Analyst - Up to $97k

Our client, a well-established nonprofit organization, is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to join its growing FP&A team. This newly created position offers the opportunity to work closely with finance leadership, support financial planning and reporting initiatives, and contribute to strategic decision-making across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of financial analysis, A+ Excel skills - NetSuite experience is a plus!

Key Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across multiple departments.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, budget-to-actual variance analyses, and management reporting packages.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPI reporting to support business decisions.
• Partner with department leaders to analyze financial performance, identify trends, and recommend operational improvements.
• Support day-to-day financial activities, including expense analysis, invoice review, and contract monitoring within NetSuite.
• Assist with grant tracking, financial reconciliations, and preparation of leadership and Board reporting.
• Contribute to process improvements, financial systems optimization, and cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field required.
• 3+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, budgeting, or related experience.
• Strong Excel skills, financial modeling capabilities, and experience preparing budgets and forecasts.
• Experience with NetSuite, Vena, or similar financial planning systems is a plus.
• Nonprofit experience is not required; candidates from corporate or for-profit environments are encouraged to apply.
