About The Role
The role owns full-stack development across user-facing products - from React frontends and REST/GraphQL APIs to the TypeScript and Python services behind them. You will work in a small, senior product team where engineers ship end-to-end, own features from design review through production monitoring, and iterate weekly based on real user data.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and ship customer-facing features across the stack using React, TypeScript, and Node.js/Python services Develop and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs backed by PostgreSQL, with attention to performance, security, and schema design Own features end-to-end: technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-launch iteration Write well-tested, documented code; lead code reviews and mentor mid-level engineers on the team Instrument and monitor services using tools like Datadog or Grafana, investigating and resolving production issues Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices in a cloud environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure) What We Are Looking For 3–7 years of full-stack software engineering experience shipping production web applications Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern frontend framework (React, Vue, or Angular) Solid backend experience with Node.js, Python, or Go, including API design and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience Track record of owning complex features from concept to production in a collaborative team environment Bonus: Experience with mobile development (React Native or native iOS/Android), GraphQL, or event-driven architectures (Kafka, SQS)
